How it Works

AT ONE SOURCE BUILDING WE TAKE YOUR DREAM SPACE IDEA AND MAKE IT REALITY.

  • First we start with a design consultation to discuss your ideas, wants and needs.

 

  • Next we do a feasibility review to determine restrictions and fees that my effect your project. This includes contacting the local Zoning department to determine how close to your property lines (set backs) the project can be built. Lot coverage restrictions and maximum impervious area as well as height restrictions are verified as well. Next your homeowners association will be contacted for information related to covenants and restrictions.

 

Depending on the projects “scope of work” we may be able to give you a budget without construction plans or structural engineering.

Should the project require construction plans and engineering we can help you select a designer and engineer. Design and engineering consultations will follow.
