AT ONE SOURCE BUILDING WE TAKE YOUR DREAM SPACE IDEA AND MAKE IT REALITY.
First we start with a design consultation to discuss your ideas, wants and needs.
Next we do a feasibility review to determine restrictions and fees that my effect your project. This includes contacting the local Zoning department to determine how close to your property lines (set backs) the project can be built. Lot coverage restrictions and maximum impervious area as well as height restrictions are verified as well. Next your homeowners association will be contacted for information related to covenants and restrictions.
